He essentially repeated Google's original announcement, which was that while the classifier is always checking to see if the information is helpful, it takes time to demonstrate to Google that your efforts are sustained over an extended time.

Google Analytics 4 adds a new consent mode setting section

Setting up consent mode and ensuring GA4 is receiving consent signals should now be a little bit easier and faster. All users worldwide can now access the new consent setting area of Google Analytics 4.

The purpose of this new page is to facilitate the understanding of consent mode setup and consent signals that Google Analytics may have received with their analytics data from advertisers.
